Account Manager:
Successful candidates should provide evidence of the following behaviours:
- Goal oriented, self-starting, tenacious with a positive attitude
- Comfortable with computers and new software
- Able to confidently speak with senior managers in very small and very large organizations
Senior Consultant
Successful candidates should provide evidence of the following:
- Organized with effective communication skills, people skills and project management skills
- Experience implementing management systems (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, TS 16949, ISO 13485) and related training (please indicate); or experience filing SR&ED claims; or experience with kaizen or six sigma or lean manufacturing (please describe experience)
- Goal oriented, self-starting, tenacious with a positive attitude
- Experience playing a "hands-on" role and a "facilitation" role during the consulting process
- Able to travel around the Southern Ontario area (overnights are seldom but 45+ min drives are common)
- Part-time or contract preferred, may lead to full-time
